Visitation will be Wednesday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church.

Graveside services for Frances J. "Frank" Phelan Jr. will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Lockhart Cemetery with the Revs. John Fielder and Davey Wilkinson officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Phelan, 57, of Dalewood, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was born in Chicago on Oct. 28, 1945. He retired after serving 30 years in the U.S. Navy and was a manager at Boeing Aircraft.
Mr. Phelan was a Master Mason, life member of the VFW, Fleet Reserve and American Legion. He was a Scottish Rite Mason and a Shriner.
Survivors include his wife of more than 38 years, Margaret "Maggie" Phelan of Dalewood; three daughters, Debarah R. Carter and her husband, Ralph, of Ocala, Fla., Cynthia D. Carter and her husband, Paul, of Key West, Fla., and Alicia "Nikki" Miltimore of Dalewood; four grandchildren, Christopher Carter, Candace Carter, Alex Roberts and Luke Miltimore; a sister, Marjorie Troop of Crestwood, Ill.; two brothers, Thomas Phelan of Kankakee, Ill., and Anthony Zanazara of Chicago; and many close friends.
He will be missed and was greatly loved by all his family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Carter, Paul Carter, Thomas Phelan, Pat Peairs, Joe Beasley and Robert Ohnemus.
Visitation will be Wednesday 6 p.m.-9 p.m. and Thursday from 12:30 p.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.

SEBASTOPOL Services for Sean Steve will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pearl River Gym with the Rev. Thomas Ben Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery in Philadelphia with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Steve, 30, of Philadelphia, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Steve, a daughter, Ashton Steve and a son, Kendell Steve, all of Philadelphia; his parents, Benedicta and Frank Steve Sr. and a sister, Stephanie Steve, all of Conehatta; two brothers, Frank Steve Jr. of Philadelphia and Anthony Steve Sr. of Carthage.
MARION ALVIN STEVENS
FOREST Services for Marion Alvin "Runt" Stevens were held Monday at Ott &Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Culpepper officiating. Burial was in Dennis Cemetery in Lake.
Mr. Stevens, 73, of Lake, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2002, at Lackey Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Stevens and a daughter, Debra Kirkpatrick, both of Lake; three brothers, L.D. Stevens of Forest, Claude Stevens of Philadelphia and Dock Stevens of Puckett; and several nieces and nephews.
THOMAS E. GOMILLION

SEBASTOPOL Services for Thomas E. GoMillion were held Nov. 11 at Golden Grove Church of God with the Revs. Junior Price and Tommy Anderson officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Milling Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. GoMillion, 76, of Lake, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, in his home. He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth GoMillion of Lake; sons, Harold Junior GoMillion and his wife, Barbara, of Morton, Thomas Ray GoMillion and his wife, Martha, of Homewood, and Wayne GoMillion and his wife, Roxanne, of Conehatta; daughters, Sue Hawkins and her husband, Butch, of Causeyville, and Mary Ann McMillan of Lake; brothers, Kirby D. GoMillion of Carthage and Glenn GoMillion of Carthage; eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas S. GoMillion and Winnie P. Elles GoMillion; and a sister, Bonnie Ruth GoMillion.
PATTY WRIGHT BOWDEN
GULFPORT Services for Patty Wright Bowden were held Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens with Bardford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bowden, 51, of Gulfport, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, in Gulfport. She was a native of Gulfport and a graduate of Gulfport East High in 1969. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business education from the University of Mississippi in 1973 and received a master's degree in education from William Carey College. She was employed at Hancock Bank and was co-owner of Mississippi Made Marketplace Inc. in Gulfport. She was a charter member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Gulfport, where she sang in the choir.
Mrs. Bowden was an active member of the RotaryClub, Merry Maskers, Gulfport Yacht Club and Great Southern Club. She was also a volunteer with the United Way and the South Mississippi Aids Task Force.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, N.C. "Bo" Bowden; a daughter, Cindy Nations and her husband, Todd, of Wiggins; two sons, Greg Bowden of Mobile, Ala., and Don Bowden and his wife, Kitty, of Wiggins; a sister, Gigi Wright Bresnahan of Meridian; three grandchildren, Hannah Bowden, Tanner Nations and Sarah Nations; four nieces, Maggie Bresnahan, Lisa Layne, Johnna Davison and Leah Woodruff; and two nephews, Paul Bresnahan and John DiBattista.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul L. Wright Jr. and Dodie Wright.
The family requests memorials be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 5005 Lawson Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39507.
