Watkins, Chapman

Mr. and Mrs. Travis Watkins of Lake announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Lynn, to Justin Wayne Chapman, son of Pat Chapman of Newton and the late Robert Chapman.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 1, 2002, at 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Newton.
Ms. Watkins is the granddaughter of Myrtis McCrory and the late Mr. and Mrs. Austin Watkins, all of Lawrence.
Mr. Chapman is the grandson of Emma Lee Chapman of Newton and the late Earl Chapman, Dorothy Wilson of Ludington, Mich., and the late Clyde Wilson.
A reception will be held in the Family Life Building following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
