Barmer, Russell

Philip and Denise Barmer of Lewisburg, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanna Leigh, to Michael Lee Russell, son of Wayne and Judy Russell of Smyrna, Tenn.
The wedding will be held Saturday, May 18, 2002, at 7 p.m. at Dalewood Shores in Lauderdale.
Miss Barmer is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Baylis, and Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Barmer Sr., all of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Central High School in Columbia, Tenn. She is employed by Auburndale Company Inc.
Mr. Russell is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carter Lee Russell of Lynnville and Adelheid Wiesner of Augsburg, West Germany.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Smyrna High School. He is employed by EnPointe Technology at Nissan North American.
A reception will be held at the Dalewood Shores Clubhouse following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
