MILDRED GLADDIS MAYFIELD

Graveside services for Mildred Gladdis Mayfield were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Russell officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mayfield, 89, of Meridian, died Friday, April 19, 2002, at Beverly Health Care Center. She was a member of Pine Grove Church of God.
Survivors include, a son, Wayne Mayfield and his wife Barbara; two granddaughters, Misty Cherepanya and Dee Mayfield, all of Bailey; two great-grandchildren, Brandon Cherepanya and Karlee Cherepanya; a sister, Blanche Crenshaw of Hiawassee, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Allen Mayfield.
MARGARET LUCILLE CLARK FREDERICKSON

Graveside services for Margaret Lucille Clark Frederickson were to be held today at 10 a.m. at Forrest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Reed Whitington officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Frederickson, 88, of Meridian, died Friday, April 19, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Prospect Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son, Gary E. Frederickson and his wife, Shelia, of Meridian; a daughter, Fay Wyan of London, Ky. and her husband, Charles; a brother, James Henry Clark of Meridian; a sister-in-law, Libby Clark of Meridian; grandchildren, Bonnie Lynn Hastings, James Edwin Hastings, Steve Edwin Frederickson, Paul Dianne Hendrick, Janice Lynn F. Guenthes, Gary Shane Frederickson, Cheri Dawn Moore; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Frederickson; parents James Melvin Clark and Leona Cook; and two sisters, Mary Otis Brown and Elizabeth Mosley.
Pallbearers were Dr. Allen Till, Billy McElroy, Billy Brown, Micky Clark, Gary Shane Frederickson, Steve Frederickson, James and Lynn Hastings.

UNION Services for Alma "Gertrude" White Smith will be held today, at 3:30 p.m. at Little Rock Baptist Church with the Revs. Danny Chaney and Roger Laird officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Smith, 86, of Little Rock, died Saturday, April 20, 2002, in Union.
Survivors include, a brother, Ronnie White of Philadelphia; sisters, Eunice McCorkle of Union, Mary Terry of Meridian, and Ruth Rowzee of Jackson; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer E. "Doc" Smith; parents, Melvin E. and Martha Hallman White.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth White, Andy White, David White, Billy Nicholson, Billy Eshee and Doyle White.
Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
ALBERT BRYANT IVY

Services for Albert Bryant Ivy will be held Tuesday, at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jon Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ivy, 95, of Meridian, died Sunday, April 21, 2002 in Meridian. He was a retired brakeman and conductor for G.M. &O Railroad. Mr. Ivy, was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. He served as active member of the administrative council and board of trustees. He was usher for more than 30 years and lay delegate to the Mississippi Conference for 16 years. He was a member of Men's Bible Sunday School class, and served as secretary and treasurer for nearly 30 years. He was a member of the United Transportation Union for more than 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Kate Price Ivy of Meridian; five nieces, Louise Miller, Auzella Thompson, Carol Bryant, Naomi Freeman and Yvonne Taylor; two nephews, Ausie and Jerry Hinson; four granddaughters, Kathy Robinson, Nancy Dean, Rita Robertson and Marie Eckman; one great-granddaughter, Pam Robinson and one great-grandson, Addison Dean; a special niece, Helen Jackson and a special grandfather to the Russell children; Bobby, Charles and Carol and the Price children, Patti, Penni, Peggi, Ricky, Randy and Ronny, and other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers, his parents, George and Mollie Ivy and a daughter, Mary Price Robertson.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Price, Randy Price, Ronny Price, Terry Belvin, Tim Johnson, J.W. Davenport, Steve Clark and Charles Russell.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8p.m. at the funeral home.
