Dobie and Raye Carol Eakes of Philadelphia announce the birth of a son, Coleman Rayford, on Nov. 15, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Don and Mavis Eakes of Philadelphia.
Maternal grandparents are Ray and Charlotte Burton of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Eakes is the former Raye Carol Burton.
