DECATUR Arraignments based on indictments issued by a Newton County grand jury were held here Thursday.
The following is a partial list of indictments issued:

Capital murder Antonio A. Boyd
DUI, third or subsequent offense Bobby Joe Reid
DUI, third or subsequent offense Sammie Jones
DUI, third or subsequent offense Sammie Jones
DUI, third or subsequent offense Kenneth D. Russell
Grand larceny, two counts DeRay Campbell
Possession of more than one ounce of marijuana Rita Ann Hill
Simple assault on a law officer Raymond Murell, also known as Raymond Jackson
