Paternal grandparents are Mrs. and Mrs. Benny Watts of Meridian.
Maternal grandparents are Major and Mrs. L.D. Derryberry.
Mrs. Watts is the former Nancy Derryberry.
Ken and Nicole Booker of Clinton announce the birth of a son, Jonathan Thomas, born June 11, 2001, at Woman's Hospital at River Oaks in Jackson.
Paternal grandparents are J.M. and Melwyn Booker of Meridian.
Maternal grandparents are John and Iva Ray of Clinton.
Mrs. Booker is the former Nicole Ray.
Riley Melynne, a daughter, was born to Steve and Emily Usry of Lawernce on June 27, 2001, at Woman's Hospital at River Oaks in Jackson.
Paternal grandparents are Gene and Dot Turner of Newton.
Maternal grandparents are Melvin and Betty Tungle of Decatur.
A son, Jaylen Rashaad, was born to Karia James of Meridian on July 9, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Keshicia Grace of Meridian announces the birth of a daughter, Itianna Ny'Asia, born July 9, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Renee and Steven Davis of Newton announce the birth of a son, Joshua Landon, born July 9, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Davis is the former Renee West.
Kimberly Phillips of Meridian announces the birth of a son, Kendrell Sha'Darius, born July 9, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
A son, Hayden Scott, was born to Rhonda and Mitchell Peek of Hickory on July 9, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Peek is the former Rhonda Duncan.
Michelle and Lewis Lightsey of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Eric Thomas, born July 9, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
