Band Parents hosting annual Sweetheart Pageant

The RHS Marching Hundred Band Parents Association will hold their annual Sweetheart Beauty Pageant on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the RHS Auditorium.

The application deadline is this Friday, Jan. 24. Entry fee is $30 for the pageant. The photogenic competition will require an extra $5 and an unframed 5×7 or 8×10 photograph that is labeled with the contestant’s name and current age.

Divisions for the pageant are as follows: 0-1 year; 2-3 years; 4-5 years; K-1st grade; 2nd-3rd grade; 4th-5th grade; 6th-8th grade; 9th-10th grade; 11th-12th grade. Age/grade divisions may be split or combined if needed.

Each participant will receive a participation trophy. Each age division will have a queen, first runner up, second runner up, and Most Photogenic.

Queens from the 2013 pageant may not participate this year as they are needed to help with this year’s crowning.
