A Valentine crown

Terrace Manor Nursing & Rehab names the Valentine King and Queen Friday during the facility’s Valentine’s Day party. This year’s king is Vergil McKelvy, who has two daughters, Kathy Tompkins and Diana Green, both of Russellville. This year’s queen is Jean Brown, who has one son, Greg Williams, of Phil Campbell.
