Dorothy K. Holland

Dorothy K. Holland, 85, Russellville, passed away Nov. 30.

She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Cedar Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Red Bay. She was retired from Vanity Fair, where she was a seamstress for 35 years.

Visitation will be Dec. 1 from 5-7 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will be Dec. 2 at 11 a.m. at Cedar Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Red Bay, with Bro. Silas Oliver officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery.

Survivors include sons, Larry and wife Belinda Holland and Stanley and wife Kay Holland; six grandchildren, Brandon and wife Connie Holland, Shana and husband Shawn Johnson, Tracy and husband Richard McCrory, Amy and husband David Breeden, Matthew and wife Rhonda Holland and John and wife Jessica Holland; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Junior and wife Darsie Kuykendall; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

She was preceded in death by husband, Edfard Trice Holland, and parents, P. H. and Louanne Thorn Kuykendall.
