Chamber announces Christmas parade winners

Christmas parades were a highlight of the season in Franklin County December 2015. In its bi-monthly newsletter, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce announced the following winners for each parade:

Red Bay: New Union Baptist Church, first place; Red Bay School’s Science and Agri-Business, second place; and Little Treasures Daycare, third place.

Vina: New Union Baptist Church, first place; Vina First Baptist Church, second place; and Vina third, fourth, fifth and sixth graders, third place.

Phil Campbell: Cowboy Church, first place; and Shriners, second place.

Russellville: Russellville Church of God, first place; Hospice of the Tennessee Valley, second place; and Girl Scout Troop #293, third place.
