Bernice Mae Smith

Bernice Mae Smith, 84, Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014 at Helen Keller Hospital.

She is survived by her children, Andrew Smith, Janet Aycock, Ray Smith, David Smith, Kathy Smith, Judy Hulsey; 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; brother, Anthony Hyde; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Grady Alonzo Smith; daughter, Shirley Scott; parents, Percy David and Fannie Michaels; brothers, Mike Michaels, Virgil Michaels.

There will be no public visitation.  The family had a graveside prayer Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 at KingCemetery, LawrenceCounty.
