Cindy Cooke

Cindy Cooke

July 24, 2014

Cindy Cooke, 50, Muscle Shoals, left this earth to walk with Jesus on Thursday, July 24, 2014 after an extended illness.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, John “Johnny” Cooke.

She is survived by her mother, Martha Fay Cooke; her brother, Todd Cooke; her sister, Tammie Gargis; several friends and relatives; and a special cousin, Mary Janice Martinez.

The visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville.  A graveside service will be at 12:00 noon at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Russellville.  Chaplain Steven Butler from Hospice Advantage will be officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses of Hospice Advantage, especially our R.N., Gena and Dr. Brad Ginevan for the love and care of our family.

Cindy never missed an opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus and was continually helping others even before herself.  She will be greatly missed but she is at peace and out of pain, and with Jesus.
