Bobby G. Woodruff age 76, Russellville, passed away on May 12, 2014.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years Louise R. Woodruff; children, Sharon Kennedy and husband, James, Karen Mansell and husband, Rickey, Melisa Vandiver and husband, Tim, Teresa Pearce and husband, Tracy, Bobby G. Woodruff, Jr.; brothers, Granville Woodruff and wife, Mary, Morris Woodruff and wife, Linda; brother-in-law Anderson Richardson and wife, Pat; grandchildren, Jamey Kennedy and wife, Amber, Kristen Mason and husband, Michael, Dylan Mansell, Taylor Woodruff, Cameron Vandiver, Macey Vandiver; great grandson, Madden Mason.

He is preceded in death by parents, Wallace and Claudie Woodruff; grandson, Mason Vandiver.

Pallbearers will be Darren Woodruff, Terry Hester, Greg Pounders, Jack Hargett, Dustin Holt, and Jeff Woodruff. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons and many special lifelong friends.

Visitation was Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Akins Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday, May 15, 2014 at South Side Baptist Church at 2pm with Bro. Mark Woodruff and Bro. Daniel Welborn officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Garden.

He was a member of South Side Baptist Church, and a member of Russellville Masonic Lodge.
