Donna Kay Baker, age 53, Phil Campbell, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 at Russellville Hospital.

The visitation was Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral service was held on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013 in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home. Interment was in Liberty Hill Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Faye Murray, a sister Linda Murray and a granddaughter Addison Hall.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Kristy Davis and husband Brian, Kayla Baker and Kassy Baker; brothers, Jim Murray, Richard Murray and wife Amanda, and Robert Eaves; grandchildren, Jacob Davis, T.J. Davis, Ben Davis, Allyson Bray, and Peyton Hughes; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family wants to express special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Russellville Hospital.
