Deborah Harp-Hess, 38, Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Nicole Harp; mother, Louise Harp; and father, Bobby Harp.

She is survived by brothers, Robert Harp, Phil Campbell, Harold Harp and wife, Tammy, Russellville; sisters, Donna Little and husband, Nathan, Phil Campbell, Lynn Jones and husband, Gary, Phil Campbell; five nieces and eight nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews.

The memorial service was Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with Billy Jones officiating
