Jimmy Dale Wells, 77, Spruce Pine, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013, at his residence.

He was a 32nd Degree Mason of the Mason Lodge #735 of Griffith, Ind.

The visitation will be 12 – 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel.   The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. James McCulloch. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Ann Wells Entrekin and husband, Donald; son, Trent Wells and wife, Kristie; grandchildren, Alissa Moore and husband, Matt, Blake Entrekin and wife, Brooke, Alex Wells, Hayden Wells, Logan Wells; step-grandchildren, Adam, Ashley and Amberley Brown; great-grandchildren, Jacey Moore, Jemma Moore, Brayden Entrekin, soon-to-arrive, Baby Bella Entrekin; brother, Russell Wells; sister, Betty Franklin; and  a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jule Dale and Connie Wells; brother, Harry Wells; and sister, Helen Wells.

The pallbearers will be Shay Madden, Blake Entrekin, Barry Swinney, Matt Moore, Jeff Swinney and Rodney Swinney.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Gentive Hospice, Gentiva Home Health, and Dr. Boorgu for the love and care of our family.
