Margaret Ann Lane, 82, Russellville, went to be with her Lord Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013.   She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Tharptown Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, 1 p.m. at Tharptown Baptist Church, with Bobby Amos officiating. The burial will follow in Tharptown Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Herman Lane, Russellville; children, Ronnie Lane and wife, Judy, of Greenhill, Greg Lane and wife, Sandra, Russellville, Shelia Osborn and husband, Jim, Moulton, Teresa Nix and husband, Don, Hartselle; grandchildren, Jeremy Lane and wife, Kelly, Joy Beth Lane, James Osborn and wife, Rayne, Michael Osborn and wife, Betsy, Brad Nix and Sarah Nix; great grandchildren, Annie Lane, Davis Lane, Lane Osborn and Holden Osborn; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Lane, James Osborn, Michael Osborn, Brad Nix, Will Lane and Jeff Newell.

Honorary bearers will be Tommy Warhurst and Bruce James.

She was preceded in death by parents, Albert and Leona Alewine; brother, Jimmy Alewine; grandson, Jason Lane.
