Kathy Dean Allen, 56, Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012.

Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, with Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Interment was in Bethlehem Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Anthony Foster, Tommy Smith, Chris Butler, Ollie Vann.

She is preceded in death by son, Jimmy Ray Carroll; grandson, Dylan Samuel Newell; parents, Clois Eugene Allen and Johnnie Evelyn Allen; siblings, Kenneth Ray Allen, Johnny Ralph Allen, Shirley Ann McGee.

She leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Melissa Kay Newell, Felicia Dawn Allen; siblings, Betty Sue Trapp, Robert Eugene Allen, Millie Allen, Vickie Trapp; grandchildren, Kirk Russell Newell, Danica Ansley Foster, Blayne Koonce; a host of nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Alva Chapel Baptist Church.
