Ruby Alene Lawler

November 11, 2012

Ruby Alene Lawler, 91, Spruce Pine, passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Helen Keller Hospital.

She had lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Russellville First Freewill Baptist Church.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Thomas Lloyd officiating. Burial was in Hodges City Cemetery.

Survivors include daughter, Brenda Stone and husband, Jimmy, Spruce Pine; granddaughter, Tonya Prince and husband, Terry, Spruce Pine; great-granddaughter, Hannah Nicole Prince; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Fuller, Charles Scott, Terry Beard, Hoyt Walker, Anthony Mayberry and Tim Smith.

She was preceded in death by husband, Odis Lawler; parents, Charlie and Lillie Vaughn.
