    Mitchell, Elkins exchange vows

    Emily Suzanne Mitchell and Chase Clark Elkins were united in marriage on August 5, 2006, at 5 p.m. at Mount Hope Baptist Church with Bro. Alan Compton officiating.
    The bride is the daughter of Wendell and Lisa Mitchell of Moulton. She is the granddaughter of Annie Sue Long and the late J.W. Long of Russellville and Price and Linnie Sue Mitchell of Moulton.
    The groom is the son of Andy and Jeanne Elkins of Mount Hope. He is the grandson of G.W. and Doris Compton of Russellville and Vona Elkins and the late Billy Clark Elkins of Mount Hope.
    Ricky and Lori Watt and John Snyder provided wedding music.
    The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length creation of diamond white with blush accent delustered satin gown. The one-pieced strapless A-line gown featured a corset lace-up back. The bodice was embellished with Swarovski crystals and tiny pearls. The veil was a crystal comb accent with two layered French illusion embellished with crystal beads. She carried a bouquet of white roses.
    Kayla McKinney of Russellville served as Maid of Honor. Hillary Mitchell of Moulton served as Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Paige Terry of Moulton, Whitney Long of Russellville, and Cortney Elkins of Mount Hope.
    The Best Man was Andy Elkins, father of the groom, of Moulton. Groomsmen were Chad Elkins of Mount Hope, Wesley Mitchell of Moulton, Jason Spiller of Mount Hope, and Jacob Spiller of Guin.
    The flower girl was Bradyn Mitchell of Moulton, Ring Bearers were Collin Elkins and Jaxson Mitchell of Moulton.
    The reception was located at Mount Hope Baptist Family Center.
    The reception assistants were Amber Bush, Abby Hovater, Gretchen Tucker, Sue Boshell, Shelia Childress, Penny Hazle and Beth Stockton of Moulton.
    After a honeymoon trip to Orange Beach, the couple resides in Mount Hope.
    Green, Niedergeses exchange vows
    Lisa Ariana Green and Frank Joseph Niedergeses III were united in marriage on August 12, 2006, at 5 p.m. at Killen United Methodist Church with Jason Green officiating.
    The bride is the daughter of Mike and Connie Pruett Green of Russellville. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Louise Pruett and the late Mr. Elvis Pruett, and Mr. Horace Green and the late Mrs. Martha Green.
    The groom is the son of Mrs. Cecilia Catherine Niedergeses and the late Mr. Frank Joseph Niedergeses Jr. of Lawrenceburg, Tenn. He is the grandson of the late Mr. Frank J Niedergeses Sr. and the late Mrs. Cecilia W. Niedergeses, and the late Mr. Louis A. Evers and the late Catherine B. Evers.
    Wedding music was provided by Mark Tucker, George Crummie, and Paula Lindsey.
    The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory and champagne strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline with pearl and crystal accents.
    Her bouquet was a hand tied bouquet of roses and calla lilies.
    Mrs. Rebekah Bevis Smith of Florence, a friend of the bride, served as the matron of honor. Miss Amanda Rene Pruett of Hendersonville, Tenn., cousin of the bride, served as the Maid of Honor. Attendents were Mrs. Tacy Harrison Bevis of Florence, college friend of bride, Ms. Amanda Leigh Estis of Atlanta, Mrs. Theresa Moss Garrard of Phil Campbell, college friend of bride, Miss. Dana Rebecca Livingston of Birmingham, friend of bride, Ms. Mary Niedergeses Pack of Loretto, Tenn., sister of groom, Miss Frances Lara Valencia of Atlanta, friend of bride, and Mrs. Miranda Standridge Walton of Huntsville, college friend of bride.
    The attendants' dresses were ivory sleeveless tops with pear and crystal accents and black floor length skirts. Their bouquets consisted of hand tied long stem calla lilies.
    Benjamin Edward Mercer of Franklin, Tenn., friend of groom served as best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Robert Charles "Chuck" Hunt of Memphis, a childhood friend of groom, Mr. Roy Glenn Harscheid of Florence, college friend of groom, Mr. Dennis Wade Morgan of Florence, friend of groom, Mr. George Randy Nelson of Florence, friend of groom, Mr. Heath Fitzgerald Trousdale of Florence, college friend of groom, and Mr. Preston Wray Smith of Florence, friend of groom.
    The flowergirl was Miss Caroline Grace Niedergeses of Florence, daughter of groom, Junior bridesmaid, Miss Shelby Catherine Niedergeses of Florence, daughter of groom. Martha Sibley served as wedding director.
    The reception was located at Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club. After the honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple will reside in Florence.
    Cooper, Millard exchange vows
    Charlotte Beth Cooper and John Charles Millard were united in marriage on June 24, 2006 at 1 p.m. at St. Mary's in Rome, Georgia with James Miceli officiating.
    She is the daughter of Randy and Nancy Cooper, the granddaughter of James and Lavina Spilman of Huntsville, the late Cloma Cooper and Nelson Cooper of Russellville.
    He is the son of John and Carol Millard of Huntsville. He is the grandson of the late Charles Millard and Christine Millard of Denver, Co., the late Frank and Ann Deren of Denver, Co.
    Wedding music was provided by Soloist Stephanie Massey.
    The attendants included Mary Jane Guyton of Russellville, best friend of bride serving as the maid of honor, Amy cooper of Russellville, sister of bride, and Ann Wells of Birmingham, sister of bride.
    The attendants wore Spring green dresses, brightly colored flowers.
    The grooms attendants were Doug Halsrud of Jacksonville, Fla., friend of groom, serving as best man., Rylan Wells of Birmingham, brother-in-law of the groom, and John Price of Huntsville, friend of groom.
    After the honeymoon to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Rome, Georgia.
    Hudson, Pennington to wed Nov. 25
    Phillip and Jan Hudson of Tuscaloosa are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Haley Armor Hudson of Tuscaloosa, to William Spencer Pennington of Vernon, son of Michael and Donna Pennington of Vernon.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rosalind Johnson Armor of Tuscaloosa and the late Herbert Cecil Armor, and Gladys Bingham Hudson of Tuscaloosa, and the late Ollie Dee Hudson. Miss Hudson is the great-niece of Omer Lester Johnson, Fred Edward Johnson, Ruby Johnson Busby, June Johnson Moor, and the late Ludie Johnson Hester Harris all of Russellville.
    She is a 2002 graduate of Hillcrest High School and attended The University of Alabama, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Sciences. She was a member of Phi Mu Sorority and was presented at the 2005 Tuscaloosa Holiday Cotillion. She is employed by the Shelby County School System as a Family and Consumer Science teacher at Vincent Middle/High School.
    The future groom is the grandson of Betty Bryant Hudson of Caledonia, Miss., and the late Robert James Hudson, and Mr. and Mrs. William Gene Pennington of Vernon.
    He is a 2001 graduate of Fayette County High School and attended The University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences. He was a member of The University of Alabama Football and baseball teams. He is employed with Stryker Corporation-Spine Division in Birmingham.
    The wedding will be at 6:30 p.m. November 25 at First Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
    Hulsey, Aycock to wed Sept. 9
    Nellie Shirley and Denny Hulsey of Bear Creek are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Tara Elyse to Kedall Dale Aycock, son of Janet and the late Jerry Aycock of Russellville.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Travis and the late Delores Hulsey of Bear Creek and Birnese and the late Johnnie Corsbie of Haleyville.
    The prospective groom is the grandson of Birnese and the late Grady Smith of Spruce Pine and the late Howard and Mattie Aycock of Russellville.
    Tara and Kendall will be united as one on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 4 p.m. at Bear Creek No. 1 Baptist Church.
    All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
