Sheila Ward Morgan and Ricky Morgan, both of Philadelphia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Marlo Danyell, to Mark Stephen Walters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Walters of Philadelphia.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 17, 2004, at 2 p.m. at East Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Miss Morgan is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marla Ward of Philadelphia and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Morgan of Braxton.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School and received an associate's degree from Meridian Community College. She is currently attending Mississippi State University-Meridian Campus.
Miss Morgan is employed at Rhonda's Connection.
Mr. Walters is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clois Payne of Coldwater and the late Mr. and Mrs. John T. Walters of Philadelphia.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Florence High School and received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in biology from Mississippi College.
Mr. Walters is employed as a biology instructor at Meridian Community College.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
