Mr. and Mrs. William Gaines Crawford of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Gordon Cordsen of Ft. Collins, Colo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Gail Ann Crawford, to Michael Todd Kraft, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kraft of Canton.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 24, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church.
Miss Crawford is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William T. Crawford of Meridian, Mrs. Richard L. Fosket of Ft. Collins, Mr. and Mrs. James A. Cates of Hickory, and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Cordsen of Ft. Collins.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Rocky Mountain High School of Ft. Collins. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University and a master's of education from Belhaven College in Jackson.
Miss Crawford is employed by the Jackson Public School System.
Mr. Kraft is the grandson of Mrs. Vernon Bynum of Canton.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Canton Academy and received a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from Mississippi State University. He received a master's of business administration from Belhaven College in Jackson.
Mr. Kraft is employed by Malcolm Pernie, Inc. of Jackson.
A reception will be held at the Meridian Museum of Art following the ceremony.
