    KOSCIUSKO Graveside services for Allen Jenkins will be held today at 11 a.m. at Sand Hill Cemetery in Hesterville with the Rev. Donald Self officiating. Culpepper Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Jenkins, 84, of Vaiden, died Sunday, April 18, 2004, in his home.
    Survivors include his wife, Lucille Ramage Jenkins of Vaiden; a daughter, Tonya Arnold of Vaiden; a brother, James E. Jenkins of Meridian; sisters, Alva M. Boswell of Meridian, Eleanor Howell of Madison and Charlene Holt of West; and five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by a daughter, Allene Holden; and a granddaughter, Kelly Holden.
    Dental assistant
    Services for Theresa Glenn Bagley will be held today at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bill Webb and Dr. Raymon Leake officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
    Mrs. Bagley, 47, of Meridian, died Sunday, April 18, 2004, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a graduate of Lamar High School. She worked with the Multiple Sclerosis support group for many years where she was a great support to many people. She will be remembered as an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege to know her.
    Survivors include her husband, Chuck Bagley of Meridian; her parents, Billy and Marie Glenn of Meridian; sisters, Kay Pickard and her husband, Buddy, of the Zero Community, Fay Martin and her husband, Tim, of Clarkdale and Anna Beard and her husband, Sheldon, of Quitman; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wayne and Karlen Bagley of Meridian; brothers-in-law, Tony Bagley and his wife, Trisha, of Columbia, Tenn. and Larry Bagley and his wife, Linda, of Meridian; and several nieces and nephews.
    Pallbearers will be Richie Bagley, Don Boyette, J.P. Glenn, Christopher Martin and Charlie Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Buddy Pickard Jr., Bill Rhodes and Wylie Rhodes.

    Graveside services for William "Bill" Newell Jr. will be held today at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Davey Wilkinson officiating. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Newell, 72, of Jacksonville, Fla., died Friday, April 16, 2004, in Jacksonville. He retired from U.T.U.I.A.
    Survivors include his wife, Nadine Newell of Jacksonville; a daughter, Shelia Calandro and her husband, Tom, of Champaign, Ill.; and grandchildren, Josh Nobles, Jacob Nobles, Nick Calandro and Tim Calandro.
    He was preceded in death by his parents,and a daughter, Barbara Newell.
    Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
    Retired school teacher
    PHILADELPHIA Services for Katibel Salter will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia with the Rev. Rick Holbert officiating. Burial will be in Morrow Cemetery in the Dixon Community of Neshoba County. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Salter, 92, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, April 18, 2004, at Lackey Convalescent Home in Forest.
    Survivors include her sister, Vera Martin of Raleigh; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Salter.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Services for Liza Lewis will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Enterprise Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
    Mrs. Lewis, 89, of Meridian, died Friday, April 16, 2004, in Meridian.
    Survivors include her sister, Tempie Young of Meridian.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Catherine Lineberry Monk, 78, of Meridian, died Monday, April 19, 2004, at Guardian Angel Hospice in Marion. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. No service will be held.
    Mrs. Monk was born Dec. 8, 1925, in Gorgas, Ala. She and her late husband, M.L. Monk, moved to Meridian in the early 1950s and her years of employment were with the late Sammie Davidson and Howard Donald.
    She was an avid golfer and a longtime member of Northwood Country Club and Briarwood Country Club. She was a member of both club's ladies golf associations. Mrs. Monk held a Season Angel Membership with the Meridian Little Theatre, where she was involved in all activities and past member of the MLT Guild Board.
    Her friends will remember being entertained with her many stories of events in her life and tales of growing up in Gorgas with her seven siblings. Her favorite sister was Georgia (Mrs. "Foots" Clements of Tuscaloosa.) Most everyone who entered Catherine's life can remember her by looking at their surroundings at some beautiful or unique design that was her special signature. Many of her friends would say she qualified as the Reader's Digest "My Most Unforgettable Character."
    Survivors include her friends.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, "Monk;" her parents and seven siblings.
    Memorials may be made to Guardian Angel Hospice or Meridian Little Theatre.
    Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Toynettie Williams, 76, of Nashville, Tenn., who died Saturday, April 17, 2004, at Southern Hill Hospital.
    Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for Edwyn J. Dempsey, 63, of Meridian, who died Monday, April 19, 2004, at Riley Hospital.
