McDonnell, Green

Katherine Elise Green of Meridian and Brendan Patrick McDonnell of Maumee, Ohio, were married Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rev. Jimmy Harrison and Father Matthew Simmons officiating.
Parents of the couple are Dr. and Mrs. James Reed Green of Meridian, and Dr. and Mrs. Jessop Mark McDonnell of Bellevue, Ohio.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Reed Green of Hattiesburg, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Ernest Erwin of Bay St. Louis.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Jessop Ignatius McDonnell of Olympia, Wash., and the late Mr. McDonnell, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Conley of South Bend, Ind.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Ed Nobles, organist; and Sue Shoffiett, flautist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white silk satin A-line gown. The bodice featured embroidery with a cap illusion sleeve. The hemline was traced with white and silver embroidery and she wore a two-tiered veil of silk illusion edged in a silver trim with crystals. Her veil was anchored by a sterling silver tiara encrusted with stones.
Ashley Suzanne Green of Madison served as maid of honor. Other attendants were Julia Benoist Green of Meridian, Shannon Bridget Stull of Clyde, Ohio, Meghan Bridget McDonnell, Erin Bridget McDonnell, Marin Bridget McDonnell and Katelyn Bridget McDonnell, all of Bellevue, Ohio.
Rebecca Caroline Green and Lucy Ann Green of Meridian were flower girls.
Kevin Patrick McDonnell of Cincinnati served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were James Reed Green Jr. of Meridian, Aaron Jerome Boes of Attica, Ohio, Philip Owen Howard of Dallas, Ryan Patrick McDonnell of Clyde, Ohio, Aidan Patrick McDonnell and Collin Patrick McDonnell, both of Bellevue.
James Reed Green III and John Benoist Green of Meridian served as ring bearers.
A reception was held in the home of the bride's parents following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Maumee, Ohio.
