    Graveside services for Jhoylin Jhlena Lewis will be held Friday at noon at Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis Hardaway officiating. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Infant Lewis, three months, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Survivors include her parents, Lamont and Alisa Lewis; a sister, Jhazzlin Lewis; paternal grandparents, James Lewis Jr. and Regina Hardaway Lewis, all of Meridian; maternal grandfather, Benjamin Cleveland Sr. of Flint, Mich.; paternal great-grandmother, Hattie Lewis; maternal great-grandmother, Mamie Lois Davis Hardaway; and paternal great-great-grandmother, Jewel Stringfellow, all of Meridian; uncles, Reginald Lewis, Jamie Lewis and Benjamin Cleveland Jr.; and an aunt, Jerica Lewis.
    She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Adlena Cleveland.

    QUITMAN Services for William Sisson Smith will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Stonewall Cemetery with the Revs. Danny Bullock and Roy Garrison officiating. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Smith, 59, of Stonewall, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003, in his home.
    Survivors include his wife, Mary Babin Smith of Stonewall; daughters, Mary Catherine White of Chauvin, La., and Angela Smith of Baker, La.; a son, Danny Trahan of Houma, La.; a sister, Nyoka Hammond of Carlsbad, N.M.; a brother, James Carlton Smith of Quitman; and seven grandchildren.
    Retired bookkeeper
    Services for Elizabeth W. "Euga" Johnston will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Jason Bird officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
    Mrs. Johnston, 94, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at Queen City Nursing Center. She was a member of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church where she faithfully worked in the nursery for more than 70 years. She will be remembered as someone who devoted her life to serving others.
    Survivors include her sisters, Ouida McMullan and Olga Valentine and her husband, Wilson, all of Meridian; nieces and nephews, Larry Secrest, Jeff Secrest, Gail Swenson, Elaine Lauer, Kay Pate, Diane Smith, David Valentine, Ken Valentine and Barry McMullan; several great-nieces and nephews, and several great-great-nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Thelma Buie of Meridian.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Johnston; her parents, James T. and Anna Cora Whitaker; and sisters, Josie Secrest and Shirley Skelton.
    Pallbearers will be Greg Valentine, Michael Valentine, Jeff Valentine, Aaron Smith, Jimmy McMullan and Jeff Secrest.
    Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Valentine, Barry McMullan, David Valentine, Jesse Valentine and Larry Secrest.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Homemaker
    Services for Evola M. Brown will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Little Zion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Arrington officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Enterprise Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Ms. Brown, 64, of Stonewall, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
    Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Brown of Stonewall; a brother, Cleveland Brown of Racine, Wis.; and a sister, Olivia Dear of Los Angeles.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Minnie Brown; and a sister.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the church in Stonewall.
    Retired Meridian Lumber Mill employee
    Services for Eddie Eason Sr. will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Anderson Temple Church of God with the Rev. George Murray officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Eason, 86, of Meridian, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, at Guardian Angel Hospice.
    Survivors include his sons, Eddie Eason Jr., David Eason and Billy Eason, all of Hartford, Conn., Jimmie Eason of Manchester, Conn., Bobby Eason and Henry Eason, both of Troy, N.Y.; daughters, Mary Dale Eason of Hartford, Mary Nell Lucas of East Hartford, Conn., Patricia Prince of Bristol, Conn., and Ruby Taylor of Elizabeth, Tenn.; a sister, Dorothy Eason of Cincinnati; brothers, Mose Eason of Meridian and M.L. Eason of New Orleans; a special granddaughter, Lisa Drake of Meridian; 20 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
    Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Retired Enterprise High School employee
    Services for Ora Mae Hunter will be held Saturday at noon at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Savoy with the Rev. S.M. Robinson Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Enterprise Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Ms. Hunter, 73, of Enterprise, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Survivors include her sisters, Minnie Stokes of El Paso, Texas, Mattie Price and Annie L. McDonald, both of Racine, Wis.
    Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Georgia Gay, 93, of Meridian, who died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Mevelyn Ross, 71, of Meridian, who died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, in Meridian.
