Police search for man who robbed Alfa

Meridian police are still looking for a man who robbed Alfa Insurance on North Hills Street at about 4:15 p.m. Friday, said Detective Dean Harper of the Meridian Police Department.
Police are searching for a white man who entered the business, threatened the employee with a knife, tied him up and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect also is described as 28 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 130-150 pounds and having long hair.
