Fair Schedule

The Queen City Fair is at the Lauderdale County Agri-Center, 1022 Highway 19 S., through Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children
6-12 and free for children under 6. Parking is $2. For information, call 553-0971.
Here's a schedule of events:
Monday:
4 p.m. Gates open
4 p.m.-5 p.m. Free gate admission
4 p.m.-10 p.m. Dollar rides
5 p.m.-8 p.m. 97 WOKK Remote
5 p.m.-8 p.m. 105.7 "The Beat" Remote
10 p.m. Gates close
Tuesday
4 p.m. Gates open. Coca-Cola presents "School Day at the Fair" (one free ride with Coca-Cola coupon). Military Day, $2 off gate admission with military identification.
7 p.m. Little Miss Queen City Fair Pageant
10 p.m. Gates close
Wednesday
4 p.m. Gates open. $12 armbands for unlimited rides.
4 p.m.-6 p.m. 97 WOKK Remote
6:30 p.m. "Youth Nite" concerts featuring Melted Heart and Called Israel.
10 p.m. Gates close
Thursday
4 p.m. Gates open. $12 armbands for unlimited rides. Senior Citizens Day, $2 off gate admission (65 and older)
6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Gospel concert featuring 2nd Mile and Stonewall Quartet
10 p.m. Gates close
Friday
4 p.m. Gates open
5 p.m.-8 p.m. 93.5 The Buzz remote
8 p.m.-midnight $15 armbands for unlimited rides
9:30 p.m. KISS 104.1 VIP Entertainment Star Search
featuring J-Hop, Moe-D and Boomin City
Midnight Gates close
Saturday
Noon Gates open. $1 rides until 4 p.m.
7 p.m. Y95 Colgate Country Music Showdown
8 p.m.-midnight $15 armbands for unlimited rides
Midnight Gates close
Sunday
Noon Gates open. Comcast presents "Family Day" ($10 gate admission includes two adults and up to six kids).
Noon-8 p.m. $10 armbands for unlimited rides. Free parking.
2 p.m. Local talent stage
