Often we forget that women who have no biological children of their own can play a very important role in the lives of the ones around them. Lois was one of those women. Nieces and nephews who were in her care from time to time know how important that role can be. She never failed to show them love, always letting them know that someone cared. She never failed to be there when they needed her.
Her motherly ways were stronger than any biological mother. Mother and grandmother were her title to them. Not only did she affect just them, but everyone she came in contact with. She will always be in the hearts of so many and missed dearly.
