Mackey, Sharp

Mr. and Mrs. John D. Mackey Sr. of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter Joy Danielle, to Timothy Jason Sharp, son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy K. Sharp of Collinsville.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 10, 2003, at 5 p.m. at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia.
Ms. Mackey is the granddaughter of Agnes N. Lewis and the late Joseph Lewis, Agnes B. Mackey and the late John Mackey, all of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and is attending Meridian Community College pursuing a registered nursing degree. She is employed by Meridian Orthopedic Clinic.
Mr. Sharp is the grandson of Ruth Sharp and the late Paul Sharp, and Mr. and Mrs. William Ethridge, all of Collinsville.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Long Beach High School and received his bachelor's degree in math from Milsaps College. He earned a master's degree in statistics from the University of Tennessee.
While at Milsaps, he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Mr. Sharp is employed by Mississippi State University-Meridian Campus.
A reception will be at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club following the ceremony.
