Services for Wilma Adelle Pierce Wilder will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Kevin L. Jones officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilder, 89, of Meridian, died Monday, March 24, 2003, in her home. She was a retired occupational therapist for East Mississippi State Hospital. She was a member of State Boulevard Baptist Church and the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her daughter, Martha Spears and her husband, Thomas, of Meridian; a son, Bennie Joe Wilder of Raymond; daughters-in-law, Charlotte Wilder of Clinton and Mary Wilder of Independence, Mo.; a brother, Garcie Pierce and a sister, Claudie Stokes, both of Philadelphia; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Morgan "Bud" Pierce and Pearlie Loretta Sharp Pierce; her husband, Marshall Wilder; a brother, Gerald Pierce; sisters, Millie Williamson, Mamie Glad, Wyonie Johnson and Georgie Spears; and a son, Carlton B. Wilder.
Pallbearers will be Bennie Charles Wilder, Ricky Sullivan, Ben Burnett, Patrick Bradley, Jerry Stokes and Rudolf Spears.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside services for Elizabeth S. Williams will be held Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Claude Fleming officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Williams, 86, of Meridian, died Monday, March 24, 2003, at King's Daughters and Sons Rest Home.
Survivors include her son, Jack Williams and his wife, Toni, of Brandon; daughters, Carol Humphrey of Meridian, Brenda Miller and her husband, Merton, of Lauderdale and Glenda Harper of Crested Butte, Colo.; brothers, Jack Shumate of Panama City, Fla., and Bill Shumate of Meridian; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Williams.
Pallbearers will be David Humphrey, Malery Miller, Michael Miller, Jeff Ingram, Jack Shumate and Ted Shumate.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for William Ellis Stephens, 87, of Meridian, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare-Broadmoor.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Irene Martin, 73, of Meridian, who died Saturday, March 22, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for John Treadwell of Stonewall, who died Monday, March 24, 2003, in his home.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for La France Chandler, 29, of Meridian, who died Saturday, March 22, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
