    LOUISVILLE Services for Carolyn Eudean Freshour were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mashulaville Baptist Church with the Revs. Jerry Zgarba and Bobby Joe Butler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Nowell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Freshour, 66, of Macon, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, at Baptist Memorial/Golden Triangle Hospital in Columbus.
    Survivors include her husband, John "Billy" Freshour of Macon; and two sisters, Helen Richardson and Doug Reed, both of Mashulaville.
    She was preceded in death by her son, John Wayne Freshour.
    RAYMOND EDWARD LEDLOW
    Retired tool maker
    NEWTON Services for Raymond Edward Ledlow will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Rowzee officiating. Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
    Mr. Ledlow, 78, of Newton, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, at his home. He was a retired tool maker for Peaveys and National Cash Register Co. He attended East Central Community College, Clark Venable Baptist Church and was an avid boater and skier.
    Mr. Ledlow mentored young water skiers over the years from Ohio and Mississippi. He also was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
    Survivors include two sisters, Maggie McAdory of Jackson; and Jean Hatcher of Grand Bay, Ala.; and two sisters-in-law, Ruby Ledlow and Imogene Ledlow, both of Decatur.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Virginia Williams Ledlow and two brothers, Ernest and Willie Ledlow.
    Pallbearers will be Chuch Hatcher, Stan Hatcher, Steve Hatcher, Craig Ledlow, Michael Ledlow and Robert McAdory.
    Visitation will be today from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    ELSIE MAE ROSE MCKINNEY
    MOSS POINT Services for Elsie Mae Rose McKinney will be held Monday a 11 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery. Jackson County Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. McKinney, 63, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, in Pascagoula.
    Survivors include three sons, Randy Johnson Sr. of Meridian, Frank McKinney Jr., and his wife, Gale, of Stafford, Va., and John A. McKinney and his wife, Wendy, of Moss Point; a brother, Jesse Lee Rose of Meridian; a sister, Mary Glenn Keen of Meridian; seven grandsons, Randy Johnson Jr., and his wife, Crystal, and Jamie Johnson, all of Meridian, Alex McKinney, Christopher McKinney, and John Franklin McKinney, all of Moss Point, and Shawn McKinney and Patrick McKinney, both of Stafford; a granddaughter, Jennifer McKinney Askins, and her husband, Jamie, of Jacksonville, N.C.; two great-grandsons, Carter Askins of Jacksonville and Hunter Johnson of Meridian; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse C., and Irene Rose; a brother, Curtis Rose; and three sisters, Juanita Schaeffer, Charlene Tittle and Earlene Tait.
    Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home.
    THOMAS HUSTON DEARMON
    MILLRY, Ala. Services for Thomas Huston Dearmon will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at New Bethel Holiness Church with the Revs. Jimmy D. Singleton and Lavoy Beech officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Phillips Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Dearmon, 85, of Millry, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, at Washington County Infirmary.
    Survivors include his wife, Losey Mae Tate Dearmon of Millry; two sons, Tony C. Dearmon of Laton Hill; and George Dearmon of Millry; three daughters, Lottie M. Wynn of Grovehill; Janice M. Beasley of Millry; and Mary Ann Tucker of Demopolis; a brother, Ellis Dearmon of Millry; two sisters, Mary Ella Tate of Chatom; and Lucille Tate of Millry; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    ALFRED E. KEENE
    Retired construction mechanic
    Services for Alfred E. Keene will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Overby officiating. Burial will be in Keene Cemetery.
    Mr. Keene, 69, of Toomsuba, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Guardian Angel Hospice Inc. He was a former member of Central Baptist Church, a heavy equipment mechanic, a Navy Seabee, a mason and shriner.
    Survivors include a daughter, Tanya Ramey and her husband, Matt, of Decatur; a son, Marvin Lee Keene of Toomsuba; two step-daughters, Pamela Parker of Meridian; and Charlotte Steffey of Toomsuba; two sisters, Marian Gullette and her husband, Frank, and Virginia DuValle, all of Meridian; two brothers, James W. Keene and his wife, Helen, of Kaufman, Texas; and Charles H. Keene of Little Rock; a sister-in-law, Scottie Keene of Collinsville; five grandchildren, Justin "Jay" Hardeman, Blade Edward Felton Ramey, William Robbie Martin, Christopher Excel Williams and Kasie Marie Brown; and two great-grandsons, Andrew France and Takoda Martin.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Vandoren Keene and Pauline Speed Keene, and a brother, Everett Linwood Keene.
    The family requests memorials be made to the charity of choice.
    Pallbearers will be Chris Williams, Justin Hardeman, Everette "Skip" Keene, Michael Sheffield, James Anderberg and Jimmy McGuire. William Prichard will serve as honorary pallbearer.
    Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    ALTON DURWARD NELSON
    Retired supervisor and electrician
    NEWTON Services for Alton Durward Nelson will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with the Revs. Bowman Giles and Jamie Leach officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in Newton in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Nelson, 74, of Lawrence, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a retired supervisor and electrician for La-Z-Boy South. He also was a deacon and Adult Sunday School teacher at Ebenezer Baptist Church.
    Survivors include his wife, Helen Jean Nelson, two daughters, Debra Jean Harris and Gloria Kay Wilkerson, and two sons, Wayne and Wendell Nelson, all of Lawrence; two sisters, Valelis LaCrosby of Lake; and Irma Lee Davis of Carthage, Tenn.; two brothers, Edward Nelson of Newton; and Bernard Nelson of Petal; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. Martin and Alma Lee Cass Nelson.
    Pallbearers will be Tim Richardson, Ken Richardson, Mark Nelson, Ted Johnson, Jimmy Gaines and Mike Richardson.
    Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
