PHILADELPHIA Services for Mary E. Daniels will be held today at 2 p.m. at Sandtown United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jeff Switzer and John Branning officiating. Burial will be in Sandtown Cemetery with John E. Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Daniels, 61, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, Garnell Daniels; two daughters, Emily Daniels and Krystal Irons, and two sons, David Daniels and Johnny Daniels, all of Philadelphia; three sisters, Peggy Cooke of Brandon; Martha Whittle of Philadelphia; and Betty Morgan of Braxton; six brothers, Ray, Ross, Dwight, Perry, Terry, and Robert Gray, all of Philadelphia; and nine grandchildren.

DEKALB Services for Teresa "T" McRae will be held today at 2 p.m. at Stephens Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Joe Landrum and Sam J. Hull officiating. Burial will be in McRae Cemetery.
Mrs. McRae, 42, of DeKalb, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002, in DeKalb.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen McRae, two sons, Guy McRae and Lawrence Calvin McRae III, a daughter, Ashley Dawn McRae, and her mother, Dorothy Nell Barnes, all of DeKalb; two sisters, Sharon Madison of Philadelphia; and Carol Ann Pittman and a brother, Joe Rush, both of DeKalb.

SEBASTOPOL Services for Elvin D. Mowdy will be held today at 2 p.m. at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Reggie Williams and Stacey Sykes officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Mowdy, 75, of Conehatta, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. He was a member of Prospect Baptist Church and Forest Post VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Angie Mowdy of Conehatta; two daughters, Ann French and her husband, Larry, of Decatur; and Kathy Shepard and her husband, Gerald, of Conehatta; two brothers, Frank Mowdy and his wife, Rebecca, of Lucedale; and Pete Mowdy and his wife, Dot, of Conehatta; five sisters, Lavenia Shivers of Columbus, Ga.; Mary Wolverton and Annie George, both of Pascagoula; Jane Harty and her husband, Harold, of Sarasota, Fla.; and Sue King and her husband, Earnest, of Pascagoula; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Mowdy, Robbie Mowdy, Gilbert Brown, Kerry Brown, Rudolph Williams and Gary Hare.

Mrs. Duke, of Mobile, formerly of Bladon Springs, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at Assisted Living Home.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Evelyn Duke, of Spartenburg, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

QUITMAN Services for Katherine Louise Southern will be held today at 2 p.m. at Stonewall Baptist Church with the Revs. Joe Gullick and Mike Powell officiating. Burial will be in Stonewall Cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Southern is survived by a son, Randy Southern and his wife, Penny, of Stonewall; two daughters, Jo Ann Jenkins and her husband, Raymond, of Ackerman; and Judy Abels and her husband, Wayne, of West Helena, Ark.; two brothers, Walter Pearson of Cordova, Tenn.; and Thomas Pearson of West Helena; a sister, Joy Nell Pearson of Phoenix, Ariz.; two grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Southern, her parents, Vardaman and Annie Pearson, a sister, Dorothy Wilkes, and a grandson, Ken Abels.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Dempsey, 91, of Louisville, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at The Care Center of Louisville.
Survivors include a son, Jimmy C. Dempsey of Decatur; a sister, Hazel Hill, and a brother, Jack Woodward, both of Louisville; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
