Andy R. and Tracy Lee announce the birth of a daughter, Liberty Jayne, on Oct. 18, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are Stephanie Lee of Boulder, Colo., and Joseph and Susan Lee of Pacific Palisades, Calif.
Maternal grandparents are Theresa and Lonnie Feibiger of Binford, N.D.
Mrs. Lee is the former Tracy Fiebiger.
Kimberly McClendon of Philadelphia announces the birth of a daughter, Rahka Irulan Carter, on Oct. 18, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Veronica Stewart of Conehatta announces the birth of a daughter, Tiana Kayle, on Oct. 18, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hudnall is the former Tiffany Loyd.
