McDonald, Wansley

Otha McDonald and Bonnie Sims of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Johannah McDonald, to Juan Fernandez Wansley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ervie Wansley of Union.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, at 2 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Collinsville.
Miss McDonald is the granddaughter of the late Earl and Ester McDonald, and the late John and Hannah Rodgers of Collinsville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and received a degree in operating room technician from Meridian Community College.
Miss McDonald is employed by Rush Medical Group.
Mr. Wansley is the grandson of the late Ezra and Mayon Wansley, and the late A.J. and Mertis Temple of Decatur.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Union High School and Mississippi Valley State University.
While attending MVSU, he was a member of the computer science club, Air Force ROTC and the Tai Kwon Do club.
Mr. Wansley is employed by INTEC Telecom Systems as a computer programmer and analyst.
A reception will be held in the banquet room at Best Western following the ceremony.
