Raiders, Oilers take Friday night victories

Lamar School piled up 500 yards in total offense in romping past Columbia Academy 48-14 here Friday night in Columbia.
The blow out win lifts Mac Barnes' Raiders to 3-1 on the season. Columbia falls to 0-4.
Quarterback Drew Moffett was 13 -of-16 for 172 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Raiders. Dylan Anderson rushed for 97 yards and scored twice.
Lamar will return home to Meridian to host MRA next week.
Anderson scored first for the Raiders on a 7-yard run. Timmy Edgerton kicked the PAT.
Monroe Mayfield scored next on a 1-yard run and Edgerton's kick made it 14-0.
Randy Thompson found the endzone on a 21-yard run. Edgerton's kick made it 21-0.
Lamar's other touchdowns came on a five-yard pass to Lane Rush from Moffett, an Anderson 5-yard run, a TD pass to Daniel Harrison and Jeff Parke on a 16-yard run.
Harrison finished with seven catches for 89 yards and one TD.
Columbus 35
Noxubee County 34
Noxubee County quarterback Omarr Conner had another outstanding game but Columbus made a stop on a two-point conversion in overtime to grab the 35-34 win on Friday night in Columbus.
Conner completed 29 of 52 passes for 449 yards and three touchdowns for the Tigers who fell to 2-1 on the season. He also rushed for 104 yards and two scores.
Gabriel O'Neal scored five touchdowns to lead the 2-1 Falcons. He scored on 3 and 5 yards in the first half, and a 3-yarder in overtime.
Joey Sanders caught three TD passes from Conner. He finished with 10 receptions for 206 yards.
Oak Forest Academy 35
Wayne Academy 0
Oak Forest has still yet to be scored on this season blanking 1A Academy A runner-up Wayne Academy 35-0 on Friday night in Amite, La.
The loss drops the Jaguars to 2-2 on the season. Oak Forest improves to 4-0 and has now outscored its foes 141-0.
Oak Forest scored two touchdowns in the first quarter to build a 14-0 halftime lead. They added seven points in the third quarter and 14 in the fourth.
Heidelberg 19
Bay Springs 16
The Oilers of Heidelberg improved to 2-1 on the season with a 19-16 win over Bay Springs on Friday night in Heidelberg.
Quarterback Michael Johnson scored a pair of touchdowns for the Oilers including the game-winner on a one-yard run in the fourth quarter.
Johnson also had a 38-yard TD run and made a PAT kick. Douglas Ryan's 74-yard TD run accounted for the other Oiler touchdown.
Bay Springs got two touchdowns from Josh Crosby on a a 4-yard run and a 19-yard pass from Lesteven McCullum.
Greene County 28
Quitman 0
Greene County blanked Quitman 28-0 Friday night sending the Panthers to their second straight loss.
Greene took a 8-0 halftime lead off a 41-yard TD run by Ross. They added 14 points in the third quarter and another score in the fourth quarter.
