Fleming, Laughlin

Larry and Barbara Fleming of Collinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Larissa Michelle, to Elliott Laughlin son of Dr. and Mrs. Carl Laughlin of Meridian.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Collinsville.
Miss Fleming is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie C. Watkins of Philadelphia, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Austin J. Fleming of Quitman.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and attends the University of Mississippi.
While attending West Lauderdale, she was a member of the Debs Social Service Club and the National Honor Society.
Mr. Laughlin is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John McCraw of Meridian, William Porter and Dr. Jeanine Laughlin-Porter of Hattiesburg and the late Rev. John Laughlin.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and attended Meridian Community College.
While attending MHS, he was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Mr. Laughlin is employed by the United States Coast Guard.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
