Services for Charles Reed will be held today at 1 p.m. at New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Matthew H. Terrel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Enterprise Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Reed, 77, of Meridian, died Friday, May 31, 2002, at Central Mississippi Medical Center.
Survivors include his daughters, Bertia Reed of Meridian; Clara F. Reed Whitten and her husband, David, of Columbus, Ga., Gloria Minniefield and her husband, Timothy, of Jackson and Cynthia Reed of Forestville, Md.; sisters, Frankie Lee Kennedy of San Francisco and three grandchildren.

QUITMAN Services for Rebecca Pulley Berry will be today at 2 p.m. at Buckatunna Baptist Church with the Revs. Ronnie Cooper and Ed Holloman officiating. Burial will be in Ford Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clarke County. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Berry, 67, of Quitman, died Monday, June 3, 2002, in her home. She was a retired store owner and was self-employed.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Berry of Quitman; a son, Clea Berry of Quitman; a brother, Arthur Jackson Pulley of Pearl; six sisters, Amanda Turner of Pearl, Sarah Underwood of Quitman, Lillian Jackson of Carthage, Alice Satcher of Stonewall, Nonnie Moak of Humansville, Mo., and Bonnie Allen of Magee; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service at the church.
ELMO E. BECK
Retired railroad engineer
Services for Elmo E. Beck will be held today at 3 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Beck, 89, of Meridian, died Tuesday, June 4, 2002, in his home. He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Dot Beck of Meridian; a son, Ronald Beck and his wife, Dora, of Collinsville; two grandchildren; two sisters, Annie Mae Tucker of San Antonio and Iva Rainer of Meridian; a brother, Raymond Beck and his wife, Ruth, of Ft. Smith, Ark.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Beck and Chester Beck.
Visitation will be today beginning at 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
DALTON H. HELBER
Graveside services for Dalton H. Helber will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with the Father Elvin Sunds officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Helber, 90, of Butler, Ala., died Tuesday, June 4, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his daughters, Mrs. Howard Whitted of Butler and Salley Numen of Jacksonville, Fla.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
ROGER DALE WOODHAM

Memorial services for Roger Dale Woodham will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Woodham, 56, of Meridian, died Monday, June 3, 2002, in his home. He was a native of Gulfport and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a painter in the Meridian area for more than 30 years and attended Marion Baptist Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Stefane Woodham and Angela Massey and her husband, Jason, all of Meridian; four grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke and Bennett Massey, and Elizabeth Cheshire; and his former wife, Kathy Woodham of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Morris Nichols.

Services for Charles E. Jones will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Era Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Roderick Steele officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Enterprise Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Jones, 77, of Meridian, died Tuesday, June 4, 2002, in his home. He was retired from East Mississippi Power Company.
Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Jones of Meridian; sons, Charlie Jones Jr. and Johnny Jones, both of Meridian; daughters, Lucille Talison of Gardena, Calif., Jessie Spears, Jessie Wright, Betty Seales and Linda Fay Jones, all of Meridian; sisters, Sally Floyd of Chicago and Laura Martin of Meridian; 33 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday 3 p.m.-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
SOPHIE MCDANIEL
Services for Sophie McDaniel will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Clark's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Excell Williams officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. McDaniel, 82, of Alabama, died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at Hill Hospital in Sumter County.
Survivors include her son, Sherman Mack Jr. and his wife, Margie, of Meridian; a brother, J.C. Ormand of Meridian; a brother-in-law, Dallas Brown of Jackson; a sister-in-law, Deicie Ormand of Racine, Wis.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
MAHOGANY RUSH
Services for Mahogany Rush will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Era Baptist Church with the Rev. Roderick Steele and Minister Brown officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Five-year-old Mahogany, of Meridian, died Friday, May 31, 2002, at the University Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include her mother, Pamela Rush, her father, Willie Williams, four brothers, Gary Rush, Anthony Brown, Khalie Rush and Hakeem Williams, a sister, Jamonique Rush, all of Meridian; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be Friday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
