Gabriele and Wilson Washington of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Chelsey Rae, born July 4, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Dorothy and Wilson Washington of Vaughan.
Maternal grandparents are Sandra Henderson and Jackie Ray Copeland of Rome, Ga.
Mrs. Washington is the former Gabriele Demetria Shackleford.
A son, Jacob Samuel, was born to Dale and Tonya Hancock of Philadelphia on July 4, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Steve and Lynda Hancock.
Maternal grandparents are Hartford and Betty Durant and Barbara Durant.
Mrs. Hancock is the former Tonya Durant.
Crystal and David Naiman of Stonewall announce the birth of a daughter, Sydney Renae, born July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Naiman is the former Crystal Strickland.
Elizabeth Hutchinson and Max Brooks of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Edward Dewayne Brooks, born July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
A son, Kobe Scott, was born to Jennifer and Scott Casey of Union on July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Casey is the former Jennifer Bruno.
LaNora and Marshall Maddox of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Victoria Grace, born July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Maddox is the former LaNora Ward.
A daughter, Mallory Elizabeth, was born to Marijoy and Billy Howell of Meridian on July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Howell is the former Marijoy Santiago.

Samuel Jay, a son, was born to Rebekah and Shannon Puckett of Forest on July 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.

Paternal grandparents are Horval and Betty Jones of Sebastopol.
Maternal grandparents are Marshall and Renee Patrick of Carthage and the late Travis Greene.
Mrs. Jones is the former Rhonda Renee Greene.
