Foster, Whaley

Mr. and Mrs. James K. Foster of Purvis announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenniese Karol, to Patrick Donald Whaley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Whaley of Quitman.
The wedding will be held Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, at 3 pm. at Okahola Baptist Church in Purvis.
Miss Foster is the granddaughter of Virginia Richard of Gulfport and the late J.C. Richard and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank William Foster of Yazoo City.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Oak Grove High School and Jones Junior College. She is currently attending the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in nursing.
Miss Foster is employed by First National Bank of South.
Mr. Whaley is the grandson of Gilda Page and Aubrey Whaley, both of Quitman, and the late Mr. and Mrs. D.M. Stringer of Jackson.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Quitman High School and attended Jones Junior College. He is currently attending the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in criminal justice.
Mr. Whaley is employed by Union Planters Bank.
A reception will be held at The Graham Building in Purvis following the ceremony.
