Miller, Vice

Billie Jo Vice and Gary Wayne Miller Jr., both of Toomsuba, were married Saturday, April 28, 2001, at Russell Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Keith Thrash officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mrs. William Vincent and Gary and Cindy Miller.
Grandparents of the bride are Mark and Doris Conn and Ray and Martha Vice.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are M.L. and Esther Miller and Bob and Betty Dinwiddie.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Norman Beard and Kellie Turner.
The bride was given in marriage by her mother. She wore a tulle, organza and embroidery gown. The illusion neckline was enhanced with a fully embroidered mock halter tie. The natural waistline featured a full multi-layered tulle skirt which was enhanced with scattered sequins.
Amy Vice of Toomsuba attended the bride as maid of honor and Faith George of Toomsuba was flower girl.
Scott Miller of Toomsuba served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Chad Vice and Zach George. Micah George of Toomsuba served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at the church Family Life Center following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Shirley Reece, Margie Morgan, Lynn Romero and Maryann Wagner.
The couple resides in Bailey.
