OBITUARIES FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 15, 2001

PHILADELPHIA Graveside services for Richard "Ricky" Barrett will be held today at 10:30 a.m. at Bethsaida Cemetery with the Rev. Ricky Wilcher officiating.
Mr. Barrett, 49, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at Guardian Angel Hospice.
Survivors include a son, Richard Charles Barrett of West Palm Beach, Fla.; his mother and stepfather, Bobbie Nell Tidwell Sanderford and Melvin Sanderford of Meridian; and a brother, Phillip Smith of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Paul Barrett; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Tidwell and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Barrett.
TIMMY MCCOY

NEWTON Services for Timmy McCoy will be held today at 2 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jamie Leach officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. McCoy, 34, of Decatur, died Friday, June 1, 2001, at Moricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.
Survivors include his mother, Annie L. McCoy of Decatur; a sister, Gayla Cryer of Boise, Okla.; three brothers, Thomas H. McCoy of Daleville, Ala, Barry N. McCoy and David McCoy, both of Jackson; and nine nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Reginald McCoy.
SAM ALVIS PETTIS

QUITMAN Services for Sam Alvis Pettis will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Terry Irby and Kevin Ivy officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Pettis, 83, of Shubuta, died Thursday, June 14, 2001, at Guardian Angel Hospice. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a sister, Ollie Mable Williams of Chathom, Ala. and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas John Pettis; his mother, Sally Pettis; and his wife, Wilda Smith Pettis.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home and 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
JACK EDGAR WYNN
MILLRY, Ala. Graveside services for Jack Edgar Wynn will be held today at 2 p.m. at New Hope Cemetery with the Revs. Earl Ray Taylor and Lavoy Beech officiating. Phillips Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wynn, 82, of Frankville, died Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at Washington County Infirmary.
Survivors include his wife, Mable Wynn and a daughter-in-law, Mary Wynn, both of Frankville; a sister, Myrtle Armstrong of New Orleans; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death a son, Oscar Wynn.
MARSHALL FRAIZER

SEBASTOPOL Services for Marshall Fraizer will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Facility Building in Bogue Chitto with the Revs. Lawrence McMillan and Charles Hickman officiating. Burial will be in Bogue Chitto Cemetery No. 2 with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fraizer, 71, of Preston, died Thursday, June 14, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his common law wife, Mary Fraizer of Preston; a daughter, Ruth Hickman, a brother, George Hickman, two sisters, Onie Jackson and Frances Aguilar, all of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
RANDALL GAYLE HEIM
Graveside services for Randall Gayle Heim will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. John Heim officiating. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Infant Heim died Monday, June 11, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James A. Heim, brothers, Jonathan Ward, Logan Ward, Joshua Heim and James Andrew Heim, a sister, Faith Marie Heim, all of Marion; paternal grandparents, John A. Heim of California, Janet Bunker of Russell and Margaret Wilson of Marion; maternal grandparents, Pat and Gayle Fry of Marion and Marie Kelley of Russell; and his great aunt, Nancy Riggs of North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Randall O. Wilson.

Services for Mildred Marlatt will be held today at 10 a.m. at Druid Hills Methodist Church. Burial will be in Ludlow, Ill. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home of Newton for Florence Margaret Chapman, 89, of Pascagoula, who died Thursday, June 14, 2001, at Singing River Hospital.
VERNA STOKES
Arrangements were incomplete at E.E. McDonald Funeral Home of DeKalb for Verna Stokes, 88, of Collinsville, who died Thursday, June 14, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
