Services for Lona Smith Shamburger will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. R.E. Bonner officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
Mrs. Shamburger, 90, of Meridian, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2000, in Meridian. She was a homemaker and a member of Hawkins United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
Survivors include a daughter, Norma Rose and her husband, Buddy, of Meridian; a son, Cecil Shamburger Jr. of Gautier; four sisters, Willie Trayal, Thelma Sipkus, Ruth Webb and Louise Sellers, all of Meridian; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Joe Pat Lannon, Gary Webb, Stephen Smith, Odis Smith Jr., Lonnie Smith, David Paul Smith, Allen Smith and Jere Skelton.
DONALD GARY FEASEL
Salesman for General Supply Company
Services for Donald Gary Feasel will be held today at 2 p.m. at Center Ridge Baptist Church in DeKalb with the Revs. Gordon Sansing and Perrin Cook officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Feasel, 51, of DeKalb, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2000, in DeKalb. He was employed in sales at General Supply Company and was a member of Center Ridge Baptist Church, where he served as chairman of the deacons.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Feasel of DeKalb; two daughters, Laura Feasel of DeKalb and Jennifer Feasel Mowery and her husband, Russel, of Meridian; two brothers, Charles Feasel and Mike Feasel, both of Philadelphia; his mother, Lois Feasel of Philadelphia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.E. "Buddy" Feasel.
The family requests memorials be made to Gideon International.
Pallbearers will be Robert Smith, Billy Hailey, Wayne Smith, Alex Weddington, Junior Davidson and Alton Mosley. Honorary pallbearers include Marvin Keeton and Hunter Weddington.
DOROTHY JACKSON DANDRIDGE
Graveside services for Dorothy Jackson Dandridge will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Hickory Cemetery in Hickory. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dandridge 73, of Meridian, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Dandridge of Meridian; two daughters, Mary Darlene Spann of St. Louis, and Pamela Gail Snoke of Lancaster, Ohio; six grandchildren, Brandy L. Melton and her husband, Jason, of Enterprise, Christopher Lance Wilborn, James Spann and his wife, Chris, and Mark Spann and his wife, Lorenda, all of Meridian, and Lanny Spann and Shea Spann, both of St. Louis; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Jackson and Edna Jackson; two brothers, John Jackson and Robert Jackson; and two sisters, Eloise Taylor and Betty Jean Kittrell.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be James Spann, Mark Spann, Jason Melton, Charles Woodward, Leonard Pogue and Martin Watson.
