La Catrina opens in Phil Campbell
PHIL CAMPBELL — Downtown Phil Campbell has a new restaurant. La Catrina had its official grand opening last week.
Owner Ernesto Gayton said he chose the location after a friend mentioned to him that downtown Phil Campbell no longer had a restaurant.
Gayton said he has one other restaurant, La Mina in Burnsville, Mississippi, and a food truck, La Cantrina.
“I’m looking forward to serving the community,” he said. “We have a lot of food choices, and I hope everyone will enjoy eating here.”
The restaurant is located at 3485 Broad St., the former location of Faelynn’s. For information, call 205-551-1000.
