July 16, 2025 – Revival Meeting at James Chapel Baptist Church – The last night of the revival is July 16. The event begins at 7 p.m. Evangelist: Bro. Jerry Humphries. Pastor: Bro. Kenneth Bond (256-3321937). The church is located on County Rd. 424 in Russellville. Everyone is welcome.

July 16–18 – Cedars Church VBS, 6–8:30 p.m. Cedars Church, located at 109 W. Lawrence St, Russellville, is holding a Vacation Bible School with the theme “God’s Great Galaxy.” Register via the Cedars Church app.

July 17, 2025 – Evening at the Roxy with the Great Pretenders: The annual variety show returns to the Historic Roxy Theatre in downtown Russellville as part of the W.C. Handy Music Festival. The event begins at 7 p.m. with the box office opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are ten dollars at the door, with free admission for children under six. Proceeds support the Roxy’s ongoing upkeep and repairs.
