Apparently, now a president can just unilaterally amend the U.S.Constitution with a tweet. Last week, Joe Biden declared the Equal Rights Amendment the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. No one who is a serious person believes he can do this, not even some of the most loyal supporters in the media and Democratic Party. Congrats to Red Bay on a job well done. Tharptown is up next …

Marching toward the Super Bowl … only four remain. The defending champion Kansas City Chiefs will meet the Buffalo Bills in a rematch for the AFC Championship. Washington upset Detroit and will play Philadelphia for the NFC Championship.

This will impact many popular foods, like the heart candy that is already on the shelves for Valentine’s Day, toaster pastries, foods with red icing, strawberry flavored sodas, fruit drinks and many other foods. Some advocacy groups say the dye is a carcinogen. It is already banned in cosmetics …

President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday was moved indoors to the U.S. Capitol Rotunda because of the severe cold sweeping the nation. More on the Inauguration and the first week of the new president’s term next time … Have a great week!
