He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Trevor Austin Prince (Christian), David Brock Prince, Nathalie Crane (John), Blake Jackson and Megan Jackson; grandchildren, Ayla Jane Prince, Aaliyah Prince, Annafaye Prince, Clay Crane, Amelia Crane, Lauren Jackson, Mason Jackson and Brodie Jackson;  brothers, Charles Larry Prince (Jennie) and Ronald Mark Prince (Marqueta); and many nieces, nephews and friends.
After graduating from college in 1977, David A. Prince decided to pursue a career in Title Insurance. Hired by his brother, Charles L. Prince, at Abstract and Appraisal Services, the first company in Franklin County to issue title insurance, David started in the microfilm and index departments.

In 1991-1997, he was called to work for Inserts Oil & Gas and was made head of the mineral rights abstract department. Finally starting his own business, Southern Group, LLC, he performed title work in Northwest Ala., parts of Northeast Mississippi and South Tennessee, from 1998-2015.
Memorial services will be held at Spry Memorial Chapel on Friday, Aug. 25. Visitation will be from 12-1:00 p.m., with a service directly following.
