Phil Campbell City Council donates to Place of Grace

The Phil Campbell City Council presents a $2,500 donation toward the construction of a physical facility for The Place of Grace, a non-profit, faith-based residential rehab to help women working to break free of substance abuse and addiction.

The facility is being built on the grounds of the Community Church at Hackleburg. The church donated the land for the facility but is a separate entity from The Place of Grace.

“We extend a big thank you to the Phil Campbell City Council for their generous donation,” said Place of Grace Director Jocelynn James Edmonds. “We appreciate their investment in the lives of women working toward sobriety and restoration.”
