Dempsey Foundation presents community fundraiser

The Walker Dempsey Foundation will present its 2022 community event fundraiser on the campus of Red Bay Hospital June 3 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and June 4 from 8 a.m. to noon.

The event will feature a silent auction June 3 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with winners announced shortly after. Donated items are currently being accepted.

Ribeye steak sandwich lunches will be available for purchase.

Several vendor spaces are available for $25 each.

“The Foundation currently sponsors two $2,000 scholarships per year to qualified candidates,” explained Red Bay Hospital administrative assistant Sharon Bolding. “It also aids in helping with the needs of the hospital. We hope the community will consider being part of this important event.”
