Starland Newell, 89, of Phil Campbell died Sept. 9. Graveside services will be held Sept. 13 at 2 p.m. at Blue Springs Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery, Phil Campbell. Visitation will be held at the graveside from 1-2 p.m. Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
